The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, notice is hereby given to REDCAT WORKERS SERVICE COOPERATIVE that delivery may proceed on the Contract: Procurement of Electronic Document and Tracking Management Information System (EDTMIS) and Supply and Delivery of its Software and Hardware Digitization Project under Contract No. CDA-GOODS-2020-02 with a Contract Price of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php457,000.00) for the entire project inclusive of applicable government taxes. This will take effect within seven (7) days after the receipt of this Notice.

Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
