In view of the newly developed online system – the Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS) – to be used in the submission of the Annual Mandatory Reports effective this FY 2022, submit and register the official and permanent email address of your cooperative, e.g. [email protected], to this link https://bit.ly/3Hzk325. The CDA will send communications thru this email address and the cooperative shall likewise use it for the creation of an account in accessing the CAIS.
