Tacloban City, Philippines – We are pleased to announce the official appointment of Ms. Venus M. Jornales as the Director III of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region VIII. Ms. Jornales, who had previously served as the Acting Regional Director, has now been confirmed to lead the region in her new role.
