CDA Region IX kicked off the implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) for Cooperatives training program on March 21, 2023, at the CDA Regional Office in Pagadian City, with officers and employees of the Six (6) Coconut Farmers Cooperatives (CFCs) in Zamboanga del Sur, namely: Baclay MPC, Danlugan Farmers MPC, Gubang Farmers ARB Cooperative, Labangan Farmers First Consolidated MPC, West Migpulao MPC, and Limonan Farmers Marketing Cooperative.
The second leg of this year-long program was held in partnership with the Bayside Multipurpose Cooperative at the Bayside MPC Multipurpose Hall, Leon Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte, on April 13, 2023, with the officers of another Six (6) cooperatives from the different municipalities of the third district of Zamboanga del Norte, namely: Bayside MPC, Labason MPC, Salug Public School Teachers & Employees Credit Cooperative, Tampilisan United Farmers MPC, Bacungan Mango Growers MPC, and Salug Farmers MPC.
