Twenty-four (24) MNLF of CAMP Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur, completed the Pre-Registration Seminar (PRS) on April 19, 2023, held at the CDA Regional Office in Pagadian City. They completed the five (5) hours seminar in the hope to register and operate a credit cooperative for the MNLFs in Labangan and the neighboring towns.
