On April 25, 2023, Usec. Joseph “Joy” B. Encabo and company visited one of the most promising cooperatives in the City of Dapitan, the Antipolo Primary Multipurpose Agricultural Cooperative. The cooperative is known in the city for its delicious milk made from carabao’s milk or CARAMILK.

USEC. Joy praised the cooperative officers and challenged them to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the facility and ensure continual improvement of their products. He was very impressed upon learning that the cooperative is the main supplier of fresh milk to students in the city through a partnership with the Department of Education.

The CARAMILK ICECREAM has also gained popularity and is now among the delicacies that tourists frequented. The candidates of Mutia ng Pilipinas enjoyed the delicious treat and sampled the different sizes and flavors such as chocolate, ube macapuno, pandan, and strawberry.
