Planning and Assessment had long become an integral system in every organization. It had played pivotal roles in achieving significant changes and resounding developments on every aspect of organizational operations. Though it had become a routine annual activity, its impact towards an efficient and effective management of operations cannot be left unnoticed.

Led by their OIC Regional Director Ms. Felicidad R. Cenon, the personnel of CDA CAR Extension Office conducted their mid-year assessment and target setting, last July 17, 2024 at the CDA CAR Extension Office, Longlong, Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet. Reflecting on the goals they had set for the first semester; each employee must assess how far they have accomplished and gauge areas that needs further improvement. Consequently, all employees have to set their catch-up plans for the second semester and ensure that all work parameters that were left un-accomplished in the previous semester will still be included in their individual performance commitment report.

Driven by their commitment to serve their clients and constituents, CDA CAR EO Personnel bravely set their foot to continue marching forward in anticipation to what the second semester of 2024 would bring.
