During the recent cooperative month celebration, the Baguio-Benguet Community Credit Cooperative (BBCCC) exemplified its tagline, “PUSO” (Progressive through Unity Service by creating Opportunities), by hosting a benchmarking session despite the challenges posed by Typhoon Kristine.
Representatives from four cooperatives in the Baguio and Benguet regions—Trusted BLISTT Alliance of Transport Multipurpose Cooperative (TBAT MPC), Benguet State University and Community Multipurpose Cooperative (BSUCMPC), Drivers, Operators, Employees, Residents, and Other Sectors Multipurpose Cooperative (DOERS MPC), and San Vicente Baguio City Multipurpose Cooperative (SVBC MPC)—gathered to share best practices and enhance cooperative growth.
This collaborative event focused on operational efficiency, member services, and community engagement, allowing participants to learn from BBCCC’s expertise and each other’s experiences. The discussions opened up avenues for potential partnerships, reinforcing the commitment to support the region’s economic and social welfare through cooperative unity.
