November 11, 2024 – The Cooperative Development Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region Extension Office (CDA-CAR EO) under the guidance of OIC-Regional Director Felicidad R. Cenon, PhD. welcomed the Authority’s Administrator, Assistant Secretary Santiago S. Lim at the CDA-CAR EO Building, Longlong, Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet.
ASEC Lim’s visit was intended to monitor CDA-CAR EO’s progress in achieving its intended targets based on the approved Work and Financial Plan (WFP). It started with a meeting with the personnel wherein the status of accomplishments of CDA-CAR EO was presented by Acting Supervising Cooperatives Development Specialist Dickson S. Aycud. This presentation underscores the agency’s high accomplishment rate vis-à-vis targets for some services.
Afterwards, ASEC Lim presented several updates on the Authority’s programs geared towards cooperative advancement. This encounter also provided a chance for the CDA-CAR EO’s personnel to inquire on several topics related to the agency’s operations and actions undertaken in fulfilling its mandate. This productive encounter strengthens CDA-CAR EO’s motivation in implementing its programs to ensure the development of the Cordillera Cooperative Sector.
