The Joint Task Force National Capital Region and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) through the 11 th Civil-Military Operations Battalion, Civil-Military Operations Regiment and the Philippine Army is implementing a Community Support Program (CSP) in priority communities in the City of Manila. The AFP facilitated the activity in coordination with various government agencies using the Whole-of-Nation Approach to successfully deliver development projects and programs in accordance with Executive Order No. 70 also known as Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC).

In line with this, CDA was invited to a consultation meeting regarding the association they have organized which was intended to be registered as a cooperative. A Pre-Registration Seminar was conducted to Samahan ng Diwa Ng Pagkakaisa sa Brgy. 101, Tondo Inc. at Brgy. 101, Zone 8, District 1, Tondo, Manila.
