As we pursue our fight against the COVID19 outbreak, it is but due for us to applaud the efforts of cooperatives who are continuously doing their share to help others to cope with the present challenges they are confronted with. From Caloocan City, The Birhen ng Lourdes Parish Development Cooperative distributed rice packs of 3 kilos each to all of its 1,900 members. Other than this, the coop was also able to release the ISCPR to its members on April 27-30, 2020. To financially assist their employees, half of their 13th month pay were already given to them alongside with the giving of hazard pay. For the officers, cash assistance was also extended.
