The Cooperative Development Authority – NCR Extension Office partnered with the Local Government of Quezon City, through the Quezon City Small Business Cooperatives Development and Promotion Offic,e and People with Disability Affairs Office in promoting cooperativism particularly for Persons with Disabilities.  Recently, a Pre-Registration Seminar was initially conducted on October 6, 2023, at the Community Center Building, City Hall Compound, Quezon City to enlighten at least thirty-one (31) participants who are members of Quezon City Federation of Blind Massage Therapists Inc.  The said organization is a SEC-registered association of visually impaired persons.  Attendees, who actively participated in the seminar were educated on the basic concepts of cooperatives, their management and operation, as well as the registration requirements and procedures.

The members of the Quezon City Federation of Blind Massage Therapists Inc. will be provided with technical assistance by the staff of CDA-NCREO, SBCDPO, and PDAO to facilitate the registration of their cooperative.
