The CDA- National Capital Region Extension Office in partnership with Muntinlupa City Cooperative Office is regularly conducting a cliniquing for cooperatives at the City Cooperative Office, 4th Flr. Annex Building, Muntinlupa City Hall, National Rd., Putatan, Muntinlupa City. Cliniquing refers to the process of rendering Technical Assistance Services to cooperatives in addressing their various needs and queries, but not limited to monitoring of previous findings, compliance to latest issuances, submission of reports, how to answer Show Cause Orders (SCO), updates on CDA issuances, potential interventions and the like.
Cliniquing is being done every Tuesday from 10am to 3pm by FCDS assigned in Muntinlupa, Mr. Sherwin Keith D. Salazar, with the assistance of CCO-Muntinlupa staff headed by Atty. Nemei Santiago.
Here are some queries that were addressed during the course of cliniquing on February 21,28, March 7, April18 and May 2:
- Victoria-Camella Tunasan Tricycle Operators and Drivers TSC- main issue they were not able to operate during the pandemic, non-compliance to CDA and other agencies.
- San Roque de Alabang MPC- how to comply with the findings on their mandatory reports.
- Muntinlupa National High School MPC- non-submission of Mandatory Reports CY 2021 due to the pandemic and the school was closed for operation.
- Parkhomes MPC- correct computation of Interest on Share Capital and Patronage Refund.
