The Cooperative Development Authority-NCR (CDA-NCR) in coordination with Valenzuela City Cooperative Development Office (CDO) conducted a group inspection on May 8, 2023 to Holy Cross Savings and Credit Cooperative located at Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City.  The team from CDA-NCR were composed of Mr. Venancio Bassig, Jr., CDS II (Valenzuela City), Ms. Rachell Solayao, CDS II (Caloocan City) and Mr. Emmanuel Lapena, CDS II (Malabon and Navotas City).  From Valenzuela CDO were Ms. Roshel Andrada and Ms. Cristalline Castro whereas from the cooperative was Ms. Lilian Silubrico, General Manager, together with her staff.

This group inspection was very strategic specifically for large cooperatives, more so billionaire cooperatives.  With the piles of documents on hand, it would really be hard for a single person to check on them carefully.  Less time for the conduct of inspection means more time for the exit conference and consultation which is a vital part of this activity.
