As COVID-19 pandemic continues, cooperative sector particularly in the City of Makati, Metro Manila is unceasingly rising and taking the lead in the provision of relief assistance to the community. Aside from their members, they also never leave the communities to be alone during this global health crisis.
The Pfizer Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PMPC) of Brgy. Poblacion, Makati City extends timely and relevant help to the frontline workers composed of doctors and nurses, by providing Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPEs) to Quezon City Triage Hospitals, the National Kidney Transplant Institute (NKTI), Philippine Heart Center and Lung Center of the Philippines.
A total of One Hundred Fourteen (114) coverall suits and fourteen (14) boxes of disposable gloves were distributed to the said three hospitals last April 19, 2020. PMPC expresses their sincere thanks and appreciation to their medical supplier for immediately responding and answering their needs to make everything possible, thus, they will still continue to provide assistance to our modern-day heroes in the next coming days. PPEs readily available for distribution to the frontline workers stationed in the three (3) hospitals of Quezon City
