The cooperative sector plays a significant role in the lives of our medical frontliners and forms silver linings during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the efforts and coordination of the Cooperative Union of Mandaluyong City (CUMC), the Mandaluyong Multi-Purpose Cooperative donated 150 food packs to the medical frontliners of VRP Medical Center. Also, they extended monetary contribution to CUMC, to support its program to purchase Reusable PPEs to be distributed to three (3) hospitals in the City of Mandaluyong, namely, the VRP Medical Center, National Center for Mental Health, and Mandaluyong Medical Center.

These acts of kindness and generosity create remarkable impact in the lives of our modern-day heroes that motivates and inspires them to fight and continue to serve during these trying times.
