Mandatory Data Survey for NCR Cooperatives

In compliance with the Department of Finance and Department of Trade and Industry Joint Administrative Order (JAO) No. 001-2023, we are requesting the participation of Cooperatives with Certificate of Tax exemption in a mandatory data survey. This survey is essential for ensuring accurate implementation of the CREATE Act’s provisions for cooperatives registered with the CDA.
