An inspirational author in the person of Shannon L. Alder has written this tidbit of wisdom: “One of the most important things you can do on this earth is to let people know they are not alone.” True enough, as we continue to battle with the pandemic which struck the whole world, it is of such great importance for people to feel that they are not alone in this fight.

The NATIONAL CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE from Quezon City has done its part in ensuring that their members and staff were not left alone during this fight through these services they have extended: 

Mar 30 – Prepared 100 breakfast food packs to their skeletal workforce, the employees of NCH;

April 7 – Distributed ISCPR of members with free drinks from their canteen coop;

April 17 – Provided 106 free lunch packs with fresh bananas and drinks to the skeletal workforce of NCH.

For the month of April – Suspended loan amortizations from their members’ salaries in compliance with the moratorium;

For the month of Mar and April – Provided full salaries to their canteen staff employees despite their closure for the month of Mar and April.
