The organizational meeting for the creation of the Local Monitoring Committee for Transport Cooperatives (NCR) was held last June 10, 2022 at the CDA-Head Office, Cubao, Quezon City. This is in line with Section 3 of CDA Memorandum 2022-10 which mandates that, “All CDA Regional Offices are ordered to create/organize their Local Monitoring Committee for Transport Cooperatives.” The meeting was attended by representatives from CDA, OTC, LTFRB, DILG/LGU and RCO.  Important matters were discussed with regards to the functions of the committee, the role of DILG/LGU and updates from the different agencies involved.
