The Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict – Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC) – NCR held series of meetings to devise a program that will aid the needs of the marginalized sector. Tagged simply as the 2nd PRLEC-NCR Convergence Program, it focuses on trainings cum production with different members of the cluster with definite roles to perform to attain the objectives of the program. Specifically, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) was tasked to provide assistance to ensure the viability and growth of cooperatives in the identified barangays in this project.
