On December 13, 2023, the Kooperatibang Pamaskong Handog Para sa Espesyal na mga Kabataan was held at Taguig Lakeshore Hall, C6 Road, Taguig City.  It was attended by the CDS II assigned in Taguig City, Taguig CDO, the CEO of COUNTPA, Mr. Helario Supaz, Head of PDAO and the event organizer.  The sponsoring Cooperative was the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative (PAFCPIC) represented by its Vice-President for Membership Education and Community Services, Ms. Arlene Villaflor together with their members and Officers.  The 300 special children and their parents were happy to receive the groceries and gifts given to them during the program.  It was truly a memorable event for all of them specially during this season of love and gift giving.
