TURN-OVER CEREMONY OF HOLY CROSS SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE TO THEIR SMALL BROTHERS

TURN-OVER CEREMONY OF HOLY CROSS SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE TO THEIR SMALL BROTHERS

Through the KOOP KAPATID Program, a ceremonial turnover of a computer set and Cooperative Accounting System (CAS) was conducted by the Holy Cross Savings and Credit Cooperative (HCSCCO) to its two “Small Brother” cooperatives — Northville II
Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Lingunan Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The turnover ceremony was held at the HCSCCO Conference Room, 2nd Floor PHCCO Building, Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City.

This initiative specifically aims to bolster the operational capabilities of smaller cooperatives by equipping them with essential technological tools and systems. The goal is to significantly enhance their financial management and reporting. The event was witnessed by Franz Jerald D. Carpio, Cooperative Development Specialist II from the CDA-NCR Extension Office, assigned to the Cooperative Project Development and Assistance Section (CPDAS), who commended the effort as a tangible expression of cooperative solidarity. Also present were staff from the Valenzuela Cooperative Development Office, underscoring the broad support for this vital program. By supporting fellow cooperatives through the KOOP KAPATID Program, HCSCCO
demonstrates the true essence of the cooperative principle of “Cooperation Among Cooperatives” — uplifting others through shared resources, knowledge, and commitment to inclusive growth.
