The URC Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative of Bagong Ilog, Pasig City also responded and catered the needs of its members during this ECQ situation due to COVID-19 pandemic. The coop also utilized its Community Development Fund (CDF) on its relief assistance to Bagong Ilog community wherein they distributed rice and eggs to One Hundred Fifty (150) beneficiaries/households.

The coop also released members’ benefit coming from its Optional Fund (OF) for a total amount of Five Million One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php5,174,500.00) to the Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Six (4,176) members. In addition to that, they also consider the situation of its staff during this economic crisis. That’s why the eleven staff of the coop also received individually an amount of Four Thousand Pesos (Php4,000.00) which in one way or the other will help them with their basic needs.
