The Valenzuela Cooperative Development Council (VCDC) held its 2nd Quarter General Assembly last June 13, 2023 at the 3F AVR-A Legislative Building, New City Hall, Valenzuela City. It was attended by 50 officers and members representing 30 different cooperatives from Valenzuela City. Various government agencies like the Social Security System (SSS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) presented their programs that would surely benefit the cooperatives.
Other matters such as the Lakbay Aral to various cooperatives in Bohol and Davao City were also discussed. This is really something to look forward to knowing that a lot will be gained from such activity which is scheduled tentatively on the 3rd week of July, 2023.
