The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) has developed a new online system called Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS), for the submission of reports. Submission of FY 2022 reports covering FY 2021 operations shall be submitted using this new system.
Pending the migration of data from the old system and the conduct of orientation on the use of the CAIS, all cooperatives of all types and categories, except Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives, are advised to delay the submission of the required reports until further notice. However, the Annual Tax Incentive Report (ATIR) shall still be submitted through electronic mail.
We request for your patience and understanding as we embark on this new endeavor. If you have questions and clarifications, kindly contact or visit the CDA Extension Office that has jurisdiction over your cooperative.
