For the guidance and information of all concerned, the deadline for the submission of required reports to the Cooperative Development Authority covering FY 2022 is on May 2, 2023 since April 30 falls on a Sunday and May 1 is a holiday.
Cooperatives shall submit through the Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS) at https://cs.cda.gov.ph/cais. In case of difficulty in accessing or submitting through the CAIS, reports shall be submitted using the alternative mode of submitting reports following the procedures in Memorandum Circular 2023- 07. MC 2023-07 | Guidelines Governing the Alternative Mode of Submission of Required Reports | CDA
