A Joint Memorandum Circular between CDA and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Cooperative Promotion, Organization and Development in Local Government Units was signed and issued on January 21, 2019.
This Circular will provide guidance to all the Provincial Governors, City and Municipal Mayors, Punong Barangays, DILG Regional Directors, ARMM Regional Governor and all concerned on cooperative promotion, organization and development.
Meanwhile, the CDA Extension Office Directors are directed to cause the implementation and execution of the Agency’s roles as stipulated in the Circular.
