In 1966, the Oro Integrated Cooperative otherwise known as the OIC, was organized led by Atty. Mordino Cua and 27 members-incorporators and it led to a progressive path in service to the community. With a meager Php88.00 as its starting capital, but firmly relying on the organizer’s strong abiding faith on the time-honored and universally-accepted cooperative principles and values, the OIC prospered into a robust and stable institution due to sound management practice, strong determination and desire for service to the community.
