CDA Board Resolution Number 700, S-2022 issued on August 24, 2022, lifted the temporary suspension on the imposition of monetary penalties for the late submission of reports covering calendar/fiscal year 2021 starting October 1, 2022.
All cooperatives who have not submitted the required reports are advised to submit the complete set of required reports through the Cooperative Annual Information System (CAIS) on or before September 30, 2022 to avoid imposition of monetary penalties. It is understood that imposition of penalties shall not apply to micro cooperatives.
All concerned CDA Regional Offices must endeavor to inform and disseminate this Memorandum to cooperatives within their respective jurisdictions.
