Strengthening of Federations and Unions

As part of the program of strengthening cooperative federations and unions, the Cooperative Development Authority has scheduled a Forum for Cooperative Federations on February 27, 2014 and Cooperative Unions on February 28, 2014 at Crown Regency Hotel, 1026 Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City.  The objectives of the activity are:

  1. To inform the participants  the level of accomplishment of  CDA in relation to the Philippine Cooperative Medium Term Development Plan (PCMTDP);
  2. To  present the programs of the federations/unions;
  3. To  know issues and concerns confronting federations/unions;
  4. To identify areas of complementation or partnership; and
  5. To determine policy issuances/ initiatives that would further strengthen cooperative federations/unions

All operating federations and unions, if possible, the Chairperson and Manager, are cordially invited to participate in this forum and be part of this monumental activity as we craft the collaborative plans and programs of the cooperative sector.
