Representatives of the Youth Sets the Bar High for Youth Ambassadors in the Philippines. In the graduation and project pitching of the different representatives of the Youth Ambassador Asia Pacific 2023 of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), ACDIs’ Youth representatives got the Overall Best Pitch and declared as Grand Winner held last November 25, 2023.
The brilliant minds of Guiane Paul Peña and Glennea Marie Tagle presented their project “Youth Emergency Task Force, for equipping youth in Cooperative for Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response”. Their commitment and dedication to the project and setting an inspiration to the youth paid off as they earn a spot at the United Nations General Assembly that will be held in New York City September of next year. Congratulations to the both of you.
August of 2023 when UNITAR sets a meeting with the Head of the Education, Advocacy and Union of Cooperatives Cluster, CDA Board Member, ASEC. Abdulsalam A. Guinomla to offer the a 10-week training for Youth Ambassador Asia Pacific 2023 to the members of the Youth and Cooperatives. As ASec. Guinomla took the challenge and calls for participation, ACES Credit Cooperative Development, Inc multi purpose cooperatives (ACDI MPC) promptly answered and were delighted to send their best representatives.
