WINNER OF THE COOPERATIVE CENTENNIAL JINGLE-MAKING CONTEST REVEALS

Three (3) months after launching the Centennial Jingle Making Contest, the Philippine Centennial Committee has judged the Centennial Jingle. The winner of the said contest is RANDY A. ALBORES, a member of BAFAVENTRA Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Davao del Sur.

His original composition entitled “Cooperative Centennial Jingle” highlighted the theme “Kooperatiba: Ika-100 Taong Pagpupugay, Tulay sa Maunlad na Buhay”.

Albores is one among the four who submitted their entries to vie for the Centennial Jingle Making Contest. Others who joined are from National Capital Region (NCR), Regions Ill and Xl.

A cash prize of P10,000.00 and a Certificate of Recognition awaits Albores for being the winner.

Entries to this contest passed through the evaluation and selection of the Board of Judges during the 10th Cooperative Sector’s Meeting of the Philippine Cooperative Centennial Year held on April 21, 2015 at PUP Main Campus, Sta. Mesa Manila.

The winning Centennial Jingle will be adopted by the Centennial Committee as the official jingle to be played in all the upcoming activities which will bring in cheers to the celebration of the Philippine Cooperative Centennial Year.
