The CDA RIII Extension Office recently concluded its Mid-Year Assessment cum Staff Meeting held at the CDA Conference Room in Butuan City on June 14-15, 2023. The event brought together all personnel from CDA RXIII, as they gathered to evaluate their performance and reaffirm their dedication to public service.

On the first day of the activity, the focus was on the presentation of accomplishments for the 1st semester, based on the Work and Financial Plan Targets for FY 2023. The purpose of this session was to assess and evaluate the overall performance of the agency, using quantitative, qualitative, and timely measurements. Each personnel was given sufficient time to raise concerns, particularly regarding fieldwork.
