CDA Region 3 – CSF Section headed by Senior CDS Yolanda Ciriaco together with CDS II personnel Jasmin Barroga and Angelica Herico rendered technical assistance services to the proposed Science City of Munoz Credit Surety Fund Cooperative (SCMCSFC), Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija  during the online encoding and uploading of documentary requirements last April 13, 2023 through the Credit Surety Fund Cooperative-Information System (CSFC-IS), a web-based information system that provides an online platform for evaluation, and approval of applications for registration of CSF cooperatives.

The proposed SCMCSFC successfully submitted their Articles of Cooperation in the CSFC-IS last April 13, 2023, while their By-Laws and other Documentary Requirements were submitted last April 19, 2023. Their application is in process and review at the CSF Service-Head Office.
