“The search is over.”. These were the words uttered by CDA CALABARZON Regional Director Salvador V. Valeroso, as the 29-year quest of acquiring for a permanent venue for its regional office ends. On the second day of August 2021, the Memorandum of Agreement and Deed of Usufruct for the establishment of the CDA CALARZON Regional Office in Cabuyao City were inked in the Cabuyao Institute of Technology.

The City Government of Cabuyao has given CDA a 900 square meter land located at the Enterprising Cabuyao One, Brgy. Banaybanay, Cabuyao City, Laguna. Since the city’s major income sources are from commerce, industries and services, City Mayor Rommel Gecolea conceptualized this site that will serve as a venue for trade and industry for its people. True to its vision to facilitate in the creation of livelihood and job opportunities to Cabuyeños, and boost investments in the City, CDA CALABARZON Regional Office shall be one of the offices that will trigger the invisible hand of the economy, and promote inclusive growth to the people.
