The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region V Extension Office has been awarded a back-to-back Plaque and Certificate of Commendation by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 5 – Bicol Region from 2023-2024.

This recognition highlights CDA’s outstanding support and dedication to the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). The program has played a significant role in improving education among Filipino families in need, showcasing CDA’s important contribution to enhancing the welfare of communities in the region.
