Negros Occ.- The Cooperative Development Authority-Region VI Extension Office headed by Dr. Nora P. Patron, Regional Director conducted a Strategic Planning & Workshop for the Officers of Negros Occidental Credit Surety Fund Cooperative (NCSF Coop) as part of their Capacity Building Activities last February 15-16,2023 at Natures Resort, Talisay City, Negros Occidental. The activity was attended and actively participated by 18 cooperative officers of the NCSF Coop from Negros Occidental.
