The CDA-CAR Extension Office and Accredited Training Providers (ATPs) in the Cordillera Administrative Region held a virtual meeting on August 1, 2024. The meeting aims to strengthen the partnership between the agency and the ATP particularly focusing on activities like the conduct of information caravan, alternative dispute resolution seminars, orientation of cooperative development officers of the local government units in the region.  These activities will be planned and implemented within the succeeding months for the benefit of the cooperative sector.  Inputs from the ATPs were also discussed and strategies were formulated to enhance various programs of the Agency.

Waldo, OIC CEO of Northern Luzon Federation of Cooperatives and Development Center (NORLU CEDEC), Ms. Abegail M Cadias, Manager of Cordillera Administrative Region Co-operative Union (CARCU), Mr. Rolando B. Ngaya-an, Manager of Federation of Cooperative in the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Luzon (FEDCO-EDNL), Ms. Michal Louise K. Cay-ohen, Secretary of Benguet Provincial Cooperative Union (BPCU), Engr. Irene B. Bringas, representative of Abra Provincial Cooperative Union. Further, the representatives from CDA CAR are Ms. Felicidad R. Cenon, OIC Regional Director, Atty. Maria Lourdes L. Comtiag-Agmata, Legal Officer, Ms. Amelita M. Bayowan, Senior CDS of the Registration Section, Ms. Marisol V. Sofranes, CDS, and Mr. Jamshyd A. Galutan, COS.
